Youth Services
Avon Community Services offer 4 weekly Programs aimed at educating Young People on a range of social issues. ACS also offer a mentoring service aimed at offering continued support for young people that just need someone to listen and help them along their way. A drop in Centre operates 2 days per week at all of our centres where young people can chill out, play pool, table tennis or on the xbox.
ACS deliver 2 programs throughout the Wheatbelt that are aimed at young people who are At Risk. Covering 6 main KPI’s, our 6 weekly programs are developed around the education of young people about the Effects of Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco, Social & Emotional Well-being, Sexual Education & Connection to Country & Community. ACS also offer a mentoring service for young people,delivered in a Case Management Model that offers low level support for young people needing some guidance. ACS are commited to helping the young people we have referred to us, and always look to collaborate with other agencies that are specialists in their fields if the needs arise.

Delivered in Northam, Merredin & Narrogin for young Indigenous Youths aged 12 – 24 years
